CFO – Enterprise Risk Management Consultant (She/He/They) (ICH Europe)

The Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) is part of Accenture's Strategy & Consulting practice, bringing together multinational risk professionals across Europe with a focus on enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and advanced technologies.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in risk management, including ERM, compliance, operational risk management, or ESG risks.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, regulatory frameworks, and technologies such as ServiceNow, MetricStream, Ventiv, Archer, Finastra.
• Ability to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate diverse risk types including financial, operational, technological, and reputational.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to align risk appetite with enterprise strategies.
• Experience with operational risk management procedures and data management related to enterprise risk management.
• Proficiency in English and one of German, French, Italian, or Spanish (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Digital savviness with knowledge of programming languages such as R, SAS, VBA, SQL, PYTHON.
• Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CQF, CFA.

• Act as a risk management analyst collaborating with Accenture's global teams to develop industry-leading solutions.
• Shape thought leadership around current and emerging risk management topics.
• Use analytical and quantitative skills to clarify complex issues and generate model-driven insights.
• Help clients utilize technological innovations including Big Data & Cloud Solutions, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to improve risk management functions.
• Travel globally to work with clients and deliver large-scale transformational change.
