Lab Transformation Consultant

• Experience in a consulting environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Lab Informatics
• Demonstrated experience in transformation
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations

• Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques to redesign the scientific user experience
• Help shape client’s transformation vision, focus areas, and journey to a “to-be” enterprise environment
• Redesign processes and operating models with data-driven business cases
• Provide point-of-view on laboratory and scientific informatics solutions
• Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences
• Collaborate with client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions
• Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, AI including GenAI, IoT, and cloud
• Help clients capture, handle, integrate, and analyze complex scientific data
