Process Mining Reinventor (Analyst)

The Intelligent Consulting Hub is part of Accenture's Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, with multinational professionals based across Europe including Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk). The Process Innovation Lab focuses on helping clients reinvent processes using big data, digital tools, functional expertise, and artificial intelligence, growing from 4 people in 2021 to almost 30 in 2025.

• Ability to build strong client/stakeholder relationships.
• Effective storytelling skills, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral.
• Proactive ownership and responsibility for project goals.
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders (gathering requirements, troubleshooting, presenting analysis).
• Understanding of standard business processes (Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
• Knowledge of building process maps in BPMN 2.0 notation.
• Strong analytical acumen.
• Technical aptitude in SQL and Python.
• Technical knowledge of at least one process management/improvement tool (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Aris) and at least one transactional source system (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Highradius).

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in consulting.
• Experience technically implementing RPA, GenAI, and Agentic AI projects.
• Strong technical skills in Python, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and related analytical tools.

Process Mining and Client Interaction:

• Use process mining tools such as Celonis and Signavio, GenAI, and Agentic AI to analyze and improve process performance.
• Frequently interact with client stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and present benefits.
• Contribute to internal projects to further the team's strategic goals.

Work Mode:

• Deliver work mostly remotely.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work at client locations mostly across Europe and other locations for short or long term.
