• Designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines
• Integrating AI/ML models with existing backend systems
• Excellent programming skills in Python 3+
• Good knowledge of unit test libraries: unittest, pytest
• Experience with Pandas, Numpy, XGBoost libraries
• Experience in software development for Linux
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, containers mechanism in Linux
• Creativity and strong problem solving skills
• Bachelor's degree and more than 6 years of experience in telecommunication/computer science (including master's degree duration)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and experience in software development for telecommunication systems (4G/5G)
• Experience with Pytorch, explanation libraries (Shap, DICE), experiment logging libraries (MLFlow), data version control libraries (DVC)
• Data analysis experience
• Working with data stores: SQL / NoSQL databases

• AI models development: defining the problem, collecting and preprocessing data, selecting algorithms, training the model, evaluating performance, and deploying it into production
• Participation in the full development cycle: from requirements, specification up to architecture, software development and system tests
• Cooperation with colleagues from other R&D centers around the world
