Tester/ -ka Oprogramowania _ Junior

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or equivalent in testing roles
• Experience with manual testing and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and at least one test case management tool (TestLink, Xray, TestRail, or QMetry)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Functional English at minimum B1 level

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of financial sector products and processes (banking, insurance, investments)
• Experience with error log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana)
• Test automation experience using Selenium, PyTest, Cucumber, or Cypress
• Understanding of BDD & Gherkin language
• UAT planning or coordination experience
• Ability to select and apply appropriate testing techniques for migration, integration, performance, or E2E testing

• Create detailed test cases and scenarios based on HLD and User Stories
• Design and perform exploratory tests for functional validation
• Execute tests for web and mobile applications, ETL processes, and integrated systems
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases
• Report defects, document results, and provide implementation recommendations
• Cooperate closely with analysts, developers, and business teams
