Machine Learning Specialist

We focus on the development of data platforms, machine learning solutions and streaming applications - automated, efficient, and scalable - without making any compromises in IT security.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and methodologies such as Seldon, Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure, or Bedrock tech stack.
• Experience in training machine learning models for anomaly detection, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud providers like AWS or Azure is strongly desired.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to the Katowice office, once per month.

• Explore and analyze large datasets.
• Perform feature engineering and model development.
• Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineers on model deployment.
• Document and present analytical results.
• Scale machine learning models and serve them in production.

• Openness to hybrid work with regular visits to the Katowice office, once per month.
