AI Data Products Consultant

As part of the Reply group, Data Reply offers a wide range of services that support customers in becoming data driven. They operate in various industries and business areas and focus on the development of data platforms, machine learning solutions, and streaming applications that are automated, efficient, scalable, and secure.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Initial project experience and interest in data engineering, data products, data modeling, AI, or data warehousing systems.
• Experience with at least one programming language – ideally Python – as well as SQL/NoSQL and a data engineering technology or platform such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Experience with Docker, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding and specific knowledge of data products, data modeling, data warehousing, data engineering, and modern data & AI architectures.
• Experience with Dimensional & Data Vault modeling is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to Katowice office once per month.

Nice to have:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.

• Support in the design and implementation of robust and scalable data products, data architectures, and AI–ready data platforms.
• Further development and maintenance of data transformation and integration pipelines, including ETL processes from various sources using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Provision and structuring of high-quality data for analytics, machine learning, and GenAI use cases.
• Gathering business and technical requirements from clients and translating them into effective data engineering solutions.
• Assume responsibility for complex data projects, manage system integration, and define strategic guidelines based on data analysis.
• Support in areas such as Data Governance, data quality, Data Product Operating Models, and the production-ready provision of data for AI use cases.
• Participate in professional mentoring of junior consultants and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
