Senior Project Manager

IT center of International Biotech Company focusing on implementing innovative healthcare solutions for a large international pharmaceutical company.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in senior project and change management.
• Proven record of leading complex, strategic transformation initiatives within fast-changing, international environments.
• Experience navigating and influencing within complex, global matrix organizations.
• Project Management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical devices and biotechnological development processes is an advantage.
• Excellent influencing, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English at least at C1 level.
• Strong business acumen, goal-oriented, team-focused, and proactive in continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits.
• Big-picture thinker able to orchestrate alignment and synergy across global initiatives.

• Leading cross-functional transformation by managing end-to-end execution of global GCS transformation projects with a strong focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Driving daily project activities and communication across global teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high business adoption.
• Establishing robust project governance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring adoption metrics.
• Orchestrating cross-functional dependencies and priorities, aligning strategic priorities, and mitigating risks.
• Building, guiding, and inspiring cross-functional, multi-departmental teams within a complex matrix organization.
• Driving communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
• Proposing and piloting process improvements, innovation, and technology-driven solutions.
• Acting as a role model to drive people empowerment and embed agile methodologies; providing active mentorship to lift performance and remove barriers.
