Senior Technical Leader / Software Engineer

• At least 8 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, Java and backend frameworks such as Django.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and strong data modeling skills.
• Ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Automated testing with JUnit and Selenium.
• Master’s degree or equivalent certifications in cloud architecture, Agile and Scrum, or advanced programming.

• Design, develop and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications across the full stack.
• Define architecture, technical roadmaps, and technology decisions aligned with business and platform strategy.
• Set engineering standards, coding practices, software quality, and maintainability guidelines.
• Build web applications, backend services, REST APIs, data processing, integrations, and workflows; optimize reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead cloud-native and microservices solutions, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Own the software lifecycle from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams; manage priorities and delivery in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Drive improvement in performance, user experience, and development efficiency; mentor developers through guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.
• Ensure testing, debugging, security, compliance, documentation, operational readiness, and platform stability with infrastructure and IT teams.
