Project Manager (PLM/MOM)

• Proven experience leading software delivery projects (implementation, migration, upgrade, integration), including post-go-live customer support.
• Experience with enterprise-level software such as PLM, MOM (e.g., Teamcenter, Opcenter), SAP, ERP, or equivalent, especially in automotive, aerospace, or defence industries.
• Experience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment.
• Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of engineering processes beyond business-level process orientation.
• Residence or citizenship in Poland with the right to work.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PLM/MOM platforms: Teamcenter or Opcenter.
• PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Stronger technical knowledge of system architecture.
• Knowledge of industry-specific norms and standards in automotive, aerospace, defence.

• Managing the full project lifecycle for PLM/MOM or ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects for enterprise-level customers across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Accountability for delivering against approved budgets and margins.
• Active risk and escalation management.
• Project status reporting and forecasting for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Leading internal technical teams and subcontractors.
• Direct engagement with external customers at operational and strategic levels.
• Running 2–5 projects simultaneously.
