AI Automation Engineer

• Deep experience writing clean, production-ready Python code.
• Experience with the Generative AI ecosystem, including LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks such as LlamaIndex.
• Fluency in AI-first IDEs like Cursor for prompt engineering, debugging, and rapid code development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Strong spoken and written English with C1 or higher proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with low-code automation using n8n.
• Strong foundational knowledge or practical experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and recommendation systems.
• Experience leading discovery workshops with clients or business units.

• Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines using Python and the LangChain ecosystem.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to enhance delivery speed.
• Integrate custom AI solutions with enterprise environments, leveraging the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users to facilitate adoption of AI tools.
• Translate ideas into technical architecture and advocate technical choices clearly.

Nice to have:

• Experience building visual workflows with n8n.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing including text classification and entity recognition.
• Experience with Computer Vision and Image Recognition tasks.
• Building recommendation and matchmaking systems.
