AI-Native Business Consultant

TTMS leverages advanced AI-driven solutions for business process optimization (including integration of Webcon + AI), low-code application development (Power Apps), and reporting (Power BI, Snowflake Data Cloud).

• Experience in business consulting and technology advisory.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar).
• Solid programming ability, e.g., Python, sufficient to build and adapt working prototypes with AI assistance.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into clear, verifiable tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging stakeholders from end users to decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently across multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with FastAPI/Django frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Prior software development experience.

• Lead consulting engagements with business clients on AI adoption from process discovery to designing and prioritizing AI use cases.
• Run workshops, training sessions, and advisory meetings (including on-site) to build client teams' fluency with tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Translate business needs into working AI solutions using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to rapidly build prototypes, automations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Write clear specifications and critically review AI-generated code and outputs for correctness, security, and business fit.
• Own solutions end-to-end from initial concept and architecture through to a working demo or pilot deployment.
• Stay current with evolving capabilities of Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents and translate new capabilities into business and technical value.
