Senior Agentic AI Engineer

• MSc degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of building AI agents involving tool-use, reasoning workflows, planning loops, and autonomous task execution.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines, knowledge grounding, and enterprise integrations for agent-based applications.
• Knowledge of deploying AI systems into production including MLOps/LLMOps practices and cloud ML ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Databricks.
• Ability to manage complex, high-volume, multi-source data.
• Strong communication skills and business orientation.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ML/data libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of deep learning and classical machine learning techniques.

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Azure OpenAI Services, Google Vertex AI, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop intelligent applications integrating LLMs, retrieval, tool execution, and memory for autonomous agent tasks.
• Implement robust RAG pipelines, knowledge grounding, and enterprise search integrations.
• Engineer production-grade agent evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and safety mechanisms.
• Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams to deliver end-to-end AI systems from exploration to continuous improvement.
• Investigate and analyze large, multi-source, high-dimensional datasets applying AI/ML techniques.
• Act as a technical advisor during client engagements to identify opportunities and share best practices in GenAI and agentic architectures.
