Full Stack Python Developer

Our client is a global data analytics company with over 80 years of experience, headquartered in Germany and operating in around 60 countries worldwide. The company employs approximately 9,000 people and is transforming from a traditional market research company into a trusted provider of prescriptive data analytics powered by innovative technology.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science/AI with at least 1 year of production deployment experience
• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry
• Experience with orchestration tools like LangGraph or similar, plus prompt and context engineering
• Fluency in PostgreSQL and SQL
• Proficiency with Python libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools: Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform
• Relevant Azure certifications
• Knowledge of the insurance business processes
• Experience with integration tools such as Kafka and ESB

• Higher education in a technical field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences)

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences

• Ability to provide services from Poland with hybrid work (minimum 3 days/week onsite in Warsaw)

• Build applications using Next.js/React for frontend and FastAPI/Python for backend
• Integrate AI agents using orchestration frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph
• Integrate with policy administration systems, tarification engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containerization and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop data extraction pipelines from broker documents
• Build and orchestrate AI agents to transform underwriting guidelines into instructions

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform
• Certifications: Azure Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• Insurance industry domain knowledge
• Experience with integration tools like Kafka and ESB

Work is provided on a contract basis (B2B) with a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days/week onsite in Warsaw). Services must be provided from Poland.
