Campaign and Data Science Analyst

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong data science competencies supported by solid problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of big data analytics principles, including programming patterns, platforms, and BI.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful reports and hands-on experience in machine learning.
• Experience working with SQL and Python.
• Proficiency with statistical and econometric modelling.
• Confidence and experience presenting analytics work to diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive-level audiences.
• Fluency in English (C1–C2) and Polish (B2–C1).

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, optimization, and recommendation methods.
• Marketing campaign acumen – targeting audiences effectively.
• Interest or experience in Gen AI and conversational experience design.
• Experience in consulting.

• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.
• Support teams in defining long-term visions, strategies, and new business models focused on Sales, Marketing, Customer Analytics, and Service.
• Identify and assess digital solutions and applications required to achieve strategic goals and capture new opportunities.
• Assess business cases for new strategic and investment opportunities.
• Design new business and operating models to deliver strategic change and improve organization agility.
• Manage Experience Strategy Analysts, assigning responsibilities for data gathering, financial modeling, interviews, research, and presentations.
• Build and optimize propensity models to predict customer behaviors and improve targeting strategies.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct post-activity evaluations and performance analysis to measure impact and refine future campaigns.
• Interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings, and recommendations.
• Contribute to business development through participation in sales meetings, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Support ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools.
