Mid-Senior Crypto Developer - Hybrid - Warsaw

We are recruiting for a highly recognized business in Poland known for advanced engineering standards and challenging technical projects. The role involves expanding an engineering team focused on enterprise-grade cryptocurrency, blockchain networks, and digital transaction systems.

• 9-12 years of professional software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering resilient, high-throughput distributed architectures.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, custom APIs, and external platform integrations.
• Familiarity with proactive infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerant setups.
• Experience operating within Secure SDLC, using version control, automated deployments, and load testing.
• Comprehensive understanding of public and permissioned blockchain networks, DeFi patterns, and cryptographic security.
• Familiarity with private-key management, secure custody solutions, and distributed data ledgers.
• Direct exposure to major networks such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Hyperledger.
• Fluent in Solidity, EVM mechanics, and low-level Assembly coding.
• Prior experience in banking, fintech, or payment processing with knowledge of transaction flows and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate technical discussions and guide project goals.

Highly Preferred:

• Solid domain expertise in fintech, digital payments, or crypto ecosystems.
• Professional backend capability with Java and frontend familiarity with Angular for full-stack versatility.

• Lead the architectural design and rollout of production-grade cryptocurrency platforms and blockchain services.
• Construct robust distributed systems, efficient API layers, and orchestration frameworks.
• Build and manage critical third-party integrations and ecosystem connections.
• Own the software delivery lifecycle from system design to live production monitoring and scaling.
• Engineer core backend systems using Java, coordinating with frontend teams using Angular.
• Safeguard system integrity via security protocols, observability, and high availability.
• Establish modern CI/CD automation, testing frameworks, and strict quality gates.
• Optimize performance and infrastructure scalability by tackling complex bottlenecks.
• Track advancements in decentralised finance (DeFi), fintech, and ledger technologies to keep platforms current.
