Senior Machine Learning Engineer

At Graylight Imaging, we develop technologies for the medical field, focusing on analysing medical imaging studies. Besides commercial projects, we conduct our own R&D building machine learning algorithms for cardiology. As a team member, you will contribute to solving unsolved problems aimed at improving people's health and lives.

• Higher technical education (PhD in computer science/statistics/mathematics is an asset)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning
• Very good knowledge of visualization techniques, data exploration, especially numerical and image data
• Knowledge in statistics, mathematics, and machine learning (especially deep learning)
• Very good knowledge of neural network architectures including CNN and UNet
• Good knowledge of Python
• Very good knowledge of image processing, signal analysis, and algorithm analysis
• Ability to efficiently implement and verify literature methods related to machine learning
• Understanding of advantages and disadvantages of machine learning algorithms and ability to present solutions clearly
• Independence, proactivity, openness to change, communication skills, analytical thinking
• Effective work organization and time management
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1)

• Design and implement systems processing medical data using machine learning methods
• Conduct experimental research on deep neural network algorithms for image data processing
• Validate and evaluate algorithm correctness across software development phases
• Create project documentation, including experimental reports
• Collaborate with software engineers and clients to develop technical IT solutions
• Analyze business requirements and design technical architecture for testing and implementation
• Mentor and supervise machine learning engineers
• Execute assigned project tasks in cooperation with the team and clients
• Prepare knowledge exchange and process optimization in the team
