Wymagania

Minimum 5 years of experience managing regulatory, compliance, or transformational projects.
Experience managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
Practical knowledge of regulations related to personal data protection, consumer rights, digital platforms, or tax reporting.
Ability to analyze legal requirements and translate them into business and technical requirements.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong planning, work organization, and priority management skills.
Communicative English language skills (minimum B2 level).
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to have:

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification.
Experience in the e-commerce or marketplace industry.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience with ERP or CRM project implementations.
Certifications related to compliance or personal data protection.

Lead projects related to implementing regulatory requirements and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws.
Coordinate initiatives covering legal, operational, and technological areas.
Plan, monitor, and report progress of ongoing projects.
Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize their impact.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts on regulatory requirements interpretation.
Prepare project documentation and materials supporting audit processes.
Monitor legislative changes and initiate adjustment actions.
Support process optimization and implementation of organizational improvements.
