Senior Engineer

• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience building scalable applications and APIs.
• Proven experience in Agile environments.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Agile methodology experience.

AI / GenAI Engineering Skills:

• Build LLM-powered applications using LangChain including multi-step chains and tool integrations.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
• Apply context engineering techniques, message history management, grounding strategies, and prompt templating.
• Work with agent-style workflows using LangChain agents or similar patterns.
• Utilize Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI models and inference configurations.
• Integrate LLM services with backend APIs, databases, and event-driven flows.
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio plugins and enterprise deployment.
• Log, monitor, and evaluate LLM outputs for correctness and quality.

Frontend:

• Develop scalable UI components using the React ecosystem.
• Work with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Chakra UI.
• Apply UI/UX principles and optimize frontend performance.

Backend:

• Develop backend services using Python with Django and FastAPI.
• Implement asynchronous workflows with Celery.
• Design and optimize REST API with security considerations.
• Handle database design using PostgreSQL and Azure SQL.

Cloud Services:

• Deploy and monitor applications using Azure services.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and practice DevOps methodologies.
• Utilize Redis caching for performance improvements.

Preferred Experience:

• Build enterprise-scale platforms and products.
• Work with cloud-native architecture and DevOps transformation.
• Collaborate in matrixed or global organizations.
• Experience with data analytics and audit-related platforms.
• Mentor junior developers.
