Wymagania
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or Data Analyst
- Experience working with complex business and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data quality and data governance concepts
- Experience with data workflows, ETL processes and Data Pipelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and user stories
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems
- Experience with incident management processes and tools
Nice to have:
- Apache Spark
- Python
- Solution Design experience
- Experience reading and writing code
- AI-supported workflow and pipeline implementation
Obowiązki
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and define solution scope
- Support the design of Data Platform and analytics solutions
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Architects and Product Owners
- Analyse data flows, business processes and system dependencies
- Ensure high standards of data quality, data governance and data hygiene
- Manage dependencies between teams and coordinate cross-functional deliveries
- Support incident management and issue resolution activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
