ML Developer/ Engineer

Link Group specializes in building tech teams for Fortune 500 companies and startups. They focus on connecting professionals with suitable opportunities. The project involves developing machine learning models for the finance/stock exchange industry, focusing on predictive analytics, fraud detection, and automated trading strategies, working with large-scale datasets and AI frameworks.

• At least 3+ years of experience in machine learning development.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps, including model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with computer vision or NLP.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning techniques.
• Background in real-time data processing and streaming frameworks like Kafka.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD for ML.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Implement and optimize feature engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
