Staff Full-Stack Engineer (Java & React)

iTeamly is a company involved in software development with projects utilizing modern technologies and complex software solutions.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in full-stack roles.
• Strong backend development skills in Java, including Spring Boot and JPA.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and JSON-based integrations.
• Practical experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and maintaining unit and integration tests using tools such as JUnit and Cypress.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 or higher).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with legacy Java technologies, such as Java EE, JSF, and JBoss.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, preferably within AWS environments including S3 and Lambda.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
• Exposure to content repositories, such as Apache JackRabbit.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools, such as Vite and Webpack.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
• Establish good engineering practices, maintain code quality, and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with the team to deliver business value.
